CONCRETE TEES AT TRACE STATE PARK

This tourny will go on as scheduled. If the weather is to severe for most of the day, we will play 2 rounds on Sunday and that be it. IF we do get the rains that are predicted, we will be playing an alternate pad on gold 15. I will keep the players saftk as my main priority. We will not play in lightening.....we will however play in the rain.

We need to be praying the weather men are wrong for this area Saturday otherwise there won't be a tourney. Forcast is 80% rain and it isn't a sprinkle coming. Severe weather forcasted for most of the day. Let's hope it gets here Monday instead.

Joey, if you could go to #15 Gold tee and try to spread some of the dirt that is there in the bobcat ruts, that would be really helpful.talked to Donald (park mamager) this morning and they are going to mow a fairway on 15.

Yes, we have got some work to do on #5 teebox. Trying to decide if We need to pour it this week or remove the forms and play like it is with carpet this weekend. Also, carpet needs to be put down on Holes #8 and #10. We have some at the Maintaince shed at the park.
I will have some flagging and signage to do on Friday and I hope the park crew gets a chance to at least cut a fairway on Gold hole 15.

I went out to park today and poured #18 gold tee. Thanks Jason Hayden and James Shook for the work you guys did on # 15 tee on Saturday. Slowly but surly we will get there.
