I got my Second Ace.... It was at Booneville on hole three,I used a destoyer.. We did not see it all we heard was CHA-CHING.... Also had my best round ever, at 11 down...
4/22/10
Got my 13th overall ACE tonight during the Tombigbee Mini.
Hole #4, I flicked a Pro Katana and skipped it in from the right side.
Also shot my best every score of 41 (no bogies), short pads. _________________ LEFTY

Played with Jeff Kelly and Michael Pannell Monday at Tishomingo Chickasaw course and Michael nailed number 12 with a beautiful backhand using a DGA Squall that I had just traded for a Buzzz only moments before. Not to be outdone in the trade Michael and myself were playing Tombigbee "little B" today and I aced number 13 with the aforementioned Buzzz. Nice trade for everyone involved.

Aced #7(Sean Portillo's favorite hole) at Panther Prowl Disc Golf Course yesterday afternoon. Jesse was there to witness. Finished -5 which is rare, I usually shoot like crap after an ace. Hopefully broken that trend.
I now have 5 in round aces. 3 novice tee aces, with two of them LH when my I broke my right hand, and two of them at night. One practice ace too.
Wow, I guess Kevin still had his rabbits foot with him because he was on my card at Amory when I aced, just wish he had rode with us!
He told us about that while playing, Congrats Kevin. _________________ LEFTY
Had the pleasure of playing with Kevin Walls at Ballard last Friday (2-19-10) afternoon. After hitting the pole on hole one, he proceded to hit two more metals off the tee box before the round ended.
On hole five, Kevin flicked a bullet straight through the gap. A slight "S" around the brush and "ca-ching!" dead center of chains for an ace. From his tee pad launch, the disc never got more than 6 feet above the ground.
I bet that reckless drving ticket wont be 12 dollars LOL... Hope they DONT charge you for wreckless endangerment, since Hunter wasn't sitting in his child safty seat LOL... SWEET ACE.. was like the shot heard around the COURSE!!> PSSST!!! I think I heard Spotts "ALMOST" say POOP... Goodshot.. _________________ Michael™

I hit my 12th Overall Ace at the 2009 Amory Bag Tag Challenge.
On hole #12 I flicked a 175 Sidewinder down the middle to collect the $230 Rolling Ace Pot. (12th ace on hole 12). _________________ LEFTY
I got my 2nd ace tonight. Me and a couple of friends played a night round at Ballard and I got an ace on #17. Didn't even see it go in, I lost it and all i heard were the chains ringing.
I wanna know who witnessed the OXFORD TWIN aces..other than the twins. back to back they faced each other drawn the swords and hung one another. A deaf police man heard those guys, and came arrested those two twin guys. HAHA!!!>
If you dont believe that lie is true, ask the little blind man he saw it too. _________________ Michael™

I got my 41st ace today while playing with Jason Hayden, Craig Williamson , and Robbie. Hole 14 at Vets. B position. I was too happy. The hole before, hole 13, Robbie had hit the chains . We were playing the long tees. WOW!!! 41!!!! Havn't played VETS in like 3 months. And have not played in two months. ACES ARE SO LUCKY!!!!!
Tyler, playin the minis will get you better ... just playing will get you better but you'll pick up alot of tips from other players at the minis! Look forward to seeing you on the course ..... I'll be the one you can beat fairly quickly ... unless your last name is Gourley! Ha! _________________
my name is Tyler Holt. I am from Tupelo. I joined the TDGA maybe like 3 days ago. I played in the mini today if you were out there, I just started playing not long ago and it became very addicting. I am trying to play with a lot of players who are better than me so i can get some tips and get better. What else would you like to know?
I got number 19 today at the doubles mini in Amory.
Hole 10, flicking an old Ch. Valkyrie 166g.
The best part was that it wiped the only bogie we had for the day clean away.
The worst part was that I forgot to give my $1 to Wayne bf the round. They did a throw off and Zack Hudson beat out Wayne by 3 inches to take the ace pot. It was $18. _________________ All for the Kingdom,

Dillon got his 3rd ace??? in how many years.. I've had 3 aces in 2 years. Dillon....remember... HAVE FAITH THROW A WRAITH.......Look at the basket tell ur disc to go there... or just lay up and say, I meant to do that. HAHAH!~! congrats.. 2 at vets eats my lunch.. _________________ Michael™
Congrats on your 3rd on #2, glad to hear nobody "Niced" it on the way to the chains
I've had a couple there myself, beginning to look like a lefty hole for sure.
If you can ace it, I'll bet there will be a "B" location before to long, ha

Got my 3rd ace today, hole # 2 at Veterans, 10-13-09.
Playing with Robby Harris and Kirby Powers. I was second on the box and flicked my champion wraith straight up the middle, faded a little to the left...Nothing but chains.
Last Tuesday at Ballard Park, Jordan Eldridge put on an amazing
demonstration of how to flick a Sidewinder in an "S" flight pattern.
He first aced #9, landing the disc in the basket without using the chains,
then he aced #11, with a solid hit in the chains. Two aces in the same round!

Chris Partin got his first Ace today on #8 at Ballard!
He had been remarking to someone on the previous hole
that he had never aced, then stepped up and threw a Panther
straight to the basket, only it fell short, hitting the ground just
in front of the basket, but then it jumped up and into the basket!
5/24/09
I got my 11th ace overall. Hole #2 at Veterans before the mini.
I flicked a Valkryie from the am pad.
During the mini, same thing different results, ended up in #17 fairway.
But an ace is an ace!
Jamie Bishop had a skip ace on #11 at Veterans on 4/17/09. This is the best ace I've ever heard of! 4 witnesses... You'd have to have some on this hole! What a shot!
(Anyone speculating on if he aced or not...He did!)
I got my first ace,,September 11. Yeah 9/11.13 at Vets which I got the TDGA ACE POT. I think it was right around 100 bucks what a day to remember ay!! Second Ace came Thanksgiving day basket 1. TSP. _________________ Michael™
Thanks! Ha, nah but he threw a few lefty to show me the shot but non really worked out, but seriously, a putter would be the last of my choices to throw on it. I threw a JK Pro aviar and it was 2 ft. from the basket, next day threw a roc and it was in it!
Got ace number two today. Hole #13 at Veterans. Threw a backhand turnover with my Halloween Howler stamped roc and nothing but chains!
The day before Clayton taught me the shot using a putter. While I was on the tee I told Devin, "Watch this"....moments later CHA-CHING! Finally stuck another one!
George Matthews aced # 17 at ballard, for his first ever, then a few weeks later aced #7 there, right into the basket, PERFECT shot, then yesterday , aced #9 at bigbee. Awesome shots. I love this game. _________________
dAnG. bill and sean aiming for chains today..bill now u know. shut and throw.. SWEET man. back to back i'd have to get the tat. _________________ Michael™
Wow! That is great. I have only seen this once in 5 years. Sean Portilla aced two holes in the same round. I was playing with him.\\ _________________ All for the Kingdom,

During a practice round in which I threw a couple of discs each hole I split the trees perfectly on the first throw and hit chains for an ace.
THis was hole 14 in B position playing with Stevie Shaw 1-9-09.
I let go late and accidentally threw it straight so that it hyzered at the very end just enough to miss the tree to the right and fall into the basket.
My normal throw is a slight anhyzer through the main gap. Oh well, most aces are luck, this certainly was. But, as they say, "an ace is an ace" no matter if luck helped.
Nice round Stevie. I think I ended up -10. _________________ All for the Kingdom,

I Aced #6 at Tombigbee during the night mini. My 10th overall ace.
I flicked a Wraith down the fairway and nothing but chains! The only fairway I hit tonight, shot +9, next to highest score. Took home tag #58.
The Ace made all the other bogies, double bogies and a triple OB worth playing in freezing weather (around 34 degrees).
Enjoyed the mini tonight, thanks to all who played, 9 members and 1 or two guest.
Thanks to Chris, Bill and others for preparing the basket lights.

I tell you what Joey, It sounded pretty dern sweet to us, We were on top of 5, I heard it LOUD, Bill said. "..........." that was a good shot sounded like. Sweet...I wonder how the second round crew finished up. _________________ Michael™

Last Night (9-26-2008) during a night round with dimly lit baskets Devin Dickie steps up to #6 tee pad at Veterans and makes the following statment... "If I ace this I will swim across the lake and back!"
He then proceeds to flick his Champion Valkery in a perfect arc as it gently rattles chains and comes to rest in the bottom of the basket!!!!!
It was a beautiful ACE during a perfect night round. Later during the round on hole 14 Todd Harrell hits the coin and Chris Mc hits chains.
However everyone was tired after the round SO....
Mr. Dickey you owe us one lap!!! _________________ ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Yesterday at ICC on hole #5 (the new part of the
course), Doug Bell made his first throw ever on that
hole, over the hill, through the trees and into the basket,
no chains! A perfect ACE!
Nice shot Doug!

I aced #8 at Veterans today! sidearm star firebird, was going a little too strong, until it ran into the basket
no skip or anything, went in so hard, that it clipped some chains and wedged into the side of the basket from the inside out - almost makes you wonder if anybody has had a missed ace because a disc went clean through the basket the wrong direction??
Congrats to Andy,
Does this mean JWT will appear at the local minis in August? Of course I'm speaking for the rest of the members, they would like to know if they stand a chance at "Tannebigbee". ha, ha _________________ LEFTY
Yesterday, after a HOT day of playing ultimate,
a large group (10?) of Barefoot Ultimate players went
to Veteran's to try out the new waterpark, and of course,
to cool down with a round of disc golf.
After hole 4, I offered a Sno Cone as reward for
hitting a basket from the tee. I have never seen so
many folks drive to within 20 feet of hole number five,
altogether in the same round! And on hole number 6...
Andy Jones threw his horribly warped, supersoft omega
putter high and straight down the fairway, and it ever
so gently drifted to the right and disappeared behind the
last large tree trunk in front of the basket, followed
closely by KA-CHING! That's a Sno Cone for you, Mr. Jones.
And to confirm, Andy and a couple of folks excitedly
ran down the fairway to find his putter sitting in the basket
for the ACE!!!
It was a perfect textbook backhand throw for hole 6.
Nice shot Andy!
